Rain

This weekend was ok. On Friday I finally got my bike back! When I went in on Thursday to pick it up they hadn't even looked at it, and I the day before I had to scoot a mile away to a bike shop and back to buy a part they didn't have. When I came back all the mechanics were gone, so I was told it would be done Thursday. Surprise! It wasn't. So I got it back Friday, and it feels infinitely better than scooting around.
So I got back from classes and went straight for the mailbox, where Reach and my new debit card were waiting for me. That game is awesome. I hung out until my game at 8, which we won in pk's, which was stressful as the goalie. I stopped one, two I guessed wrong and the other three guys just missed theirs. So we won and went to Sonic to celebrate, and now we have another game this coming Friday.
On Saturday I had to be up at 9 and get to the football game by 9 30. The weather was super nice, so taking tickets wasn't nearly as awful as the last game where we stood soaking in rain for 2 and a half hours. During the second quarter I left my gate to workthe field, and that's always fun. We stomped UNLV like 55-7. They scored in the last 45 seconds.
After the game I hung around home until Ben's coworker and room mates picked us all up to go bowling. I probably bowled my best game ever, but maybe it's because we had the bumpers up for the first 5 frames...but those don't affect the 4 straight down the middle strikes I had! So after bowling we bought some junk food and watched August Rush at our place. The movie's great, the ending sucks.
Sunday was great. After church I went to work the fireside that Elder Ballard spoke at, and he gave a really good talk. I was dying of hunger the whole time, and it wasn't until like quarter to 8 that I ate for the first time all day. I had a huge plate of spaghetti, toast, corn, and pomegranate juice. I. Love. Pomegranate. Juice.
After dinner I went to ward prayer, totally won a candybar for getting a spotlight right. I went home and played Reach with Dan. Miss that kid. Till and I talked about everyone meeting in Ellensburg that first weekend after finals for like a ski day/Christmas dinner or something. I really want to, I miss them so much. We'll see if I get to, cause I thought we were going to Chicago...either way I'll have a great time over break.
Now it's Monday, and it's raining and my butt is soaked from biking to campus. I should probably get a wheel flap or something so when it starts snowing I don't have a wet butt every day. After classes today I need to work on French and Italian for several hours. Also astronomy. Is it bad that I'm doing homework to make time for video games...?

Rambin' Man should be paying attention in class...
